By accessing or using ClientSniper AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ClientSniper AI provides AI-powered content generation, marketing analysis, lead identification, and sales assistance tools designed to help service-based businesses acquire clients. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
3. No Guarantee of Results or Income
ClientSniper AI makes absolutely no guarantees regarding specific business results, revenue generation, client acquisition outcomes, or income. The results described in testimonials and marketing materials are illustrative and may not represent typical results. Your results will depend on many factors including your industry, effort, market conditions, existing business foundation, execution quality, and factors outside our control. You acknowledge that no specific outcome has been promised to you.
4. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for all business decisions you make based on the outputs of our AI tools. You are responsible for how you use the content, strategies, proposals, and recommendations generated by the Service. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to generate misleading claims, or to spam third parties. You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
5. Subscription Billing & Payment
Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual recurring basis, depending on the plan you select. All fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior notice. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete payment information.
6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing cycle. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Intellectual Property
Content generated through the Service for your business use belongs to you. However, you grant ClientSniper AI a limited, non-exclusive license to use anonymized, aggregated data derived from Service usage to improve our AI models and Service functionality. The ClientSniper AI brand, logo, software, and underlying technology remain our exclusive property.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ClientSniper AI and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ClientSniper AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
